Discharging Cranes
Discharging crawler cranes from the vessel onto modular trailers and moving them to the warehouse — all within permitted movement hours.
Crawler cranes exceed both permitted width and height, so they had to be partly dismantled and given their own permits. The lifting plan used the manufacturer's published centre of gravity, with safety supervision at every step.
How it was done
Received equipment specifications and technical documents
Prepared the discharge plan and lashing diagram
Obtained special-movement permits for oversized pieces
Discharged from the vessel onto modular trailers at the berth
Escorted move and set-down at the warehouse
Lifting conveyor girders
Gantry cranes at the port
