Frequently asked questions
What customers ask before signing
How soon can a truck arrive after booking?
On familiar domestic routes, the truck usually arrives for loading within 24 hours of order confirmation. For urgent shipments, with an empty truck on the route, we can dispatch the same day.
Do you handle less-than-truckload cargo?
Yes. LTL cargo moves on 1.25 – 15 tonne trucks or consolidated LTL runs. For long-haul LTL, the most cost-effective option is consolidating on a fixed weekly schedule rather than sending each shipment separately.
How can I track my cargo on the road?
All our own tractors carry GPS. Customers receive milestone updates — leaving the warehouse, passing checkpoints, arriving at port or delivery point, delivery completed — with photos and the handover record the same day.
Who is responsible if the carrier’s cut-off is missed?
We plan transport orders against the carrier’s cut-off, not the warehouse’s office hours. If a delay is caused by our dispatch error, the resulting costs are ours under the contract terms.
