Frequently asked questions
What customers ask before signing
Direct service or transhipment?
Cargo with firm delivery commitments should take routes with fewer transhipments even at a higher rate — each transhipment adds delay risk. For non-urgent cargo, transhipment routes are a sensible saving.
How far ahead should I book?
For the USA and Europe, book at least two weeks ahead. We count back from the cut-off: minus export clearance, minus stuffing and empty pick-up, giving the latest date your cargo must be ready at the warehouse.
Do you also handle documents and clearance, or only booking?
The whole route. Booking, documents, export and import clearance and last-mile delivery are handled by the same person per shipment, so you deal with one contact.
How do small shipments move without a full container?
As LCL consolidated cargo, or by air freight if urgent and high-value. For regular weekly shipments, consolidating on a fixed schedule is usually cheaper than shipping each lot separately.
