What customers ask before signing
Is storage priced per m² or per pallet?
Both, depending on the cargo. Uniform palletised goods are priced per pallet position — transparent and easy to budget. Irregular or project cargo is priced by floor area occupied. For long-term contracts we usually propose a minimum per m² plus a handling fee per order.
How long does warehouse set-up take?
Usually 2–4 weeks from contract signing, depending on SKU count and process complexity — including about 5–7 days for floor marking, location coding, WMS configuration and operator training.
Can customers see their inventory in real time?
Yes. The WMS grants account-based access so customers can see stock, in/out history and order status. Weekly or monthly reports are sent in the format agreed in the contract.
What happens if goods are damaged or short in the warehouse?
Every inbound and outbound movement is counted and photographed, so responsibility is clear. Losses within our operational responsibility are compensated under the agreed terms; high-value goods should carry separate insurance.
