Coordinating construction equipment to the Long Thanh Airport site — route surveys, specialised lifting and deliveries matched to each work package.
Large infrastructure sites keep changing their layout, with many contractors sharing one access road. Before every run we agree gates, time windows and set-down points with the site management, avoiding waiting time and schedule clashes.
How it was done
Received the equipment list and construction milestones for each package
Surveyed the site access route, measured clearances and turning radii
Obtained special-movement permits for oversized pieces
Moved within permitted time windows with pilot vehicles
Lifted at the staging point and handed over with a condition record
Equipment module on a lowbed trailer
Convoy moving within permitted hours
