What customers ask before signing
How long does clearance take?
With complete documents and a green-channel result, a declaration can clear within the working day. Yellow and red channels need an extra 4 hours to 2 days for document review, physical inspection or scanning.
What if the wrong HS code is used?
The duty rate is reassessed, the difference is collected and administrative penalties may follow at post-clearance audit. That is why we review the HS code and declared value before submitting, rather than fixing it afterwards.
Do you pay duties and port fees on our behalf?
Yes. We pay import duty, VAT and port fees on your behalf and settle against the original documents — so you do not need to find cash urgently on pick-up day.
How are controlled goods handled?
We check the commodity policy as soon as we receive the documents, identify whether specialised licences, quality inspection or quarantine are needed, and obtain them before the cargo arrives so it does not wait at the port.
